20. Understanding the Role of Methylation in Pregnancy and Loss with Cliff Wilde

May 09, 2024

Hello beautiful souls! This was an interview that I did during my Summit in 2020. In it, I interview Cliff, who shares his personal journey with health issues and how it led him to become knowledgeable about pregnancy loss and fertility. We discuss the importance of questioning the medical narrative, the methylation system in our bodies, and the impact of lifestyle factors on overall health and fertility. Cliff emphasizes the need to understand underlying factors that may hinder our body's proper functioning and explains the role of methylation in sustaining a pregnancy. We also discuss the importance of finding the right practitioner. This was a very informative conversation and I hope you enjoyed it! Tune in to hear more!
