25. I Was Triggered By the Word "Heartbeat"

May 09, 2024

On today’s episode of the What I Wish I Knew After Pregnancy Loss Podcast, I am sharing my personal experiences with the word “heartbeat” and how that word can be so triggering, especially after the loss of my father and my miscarriage. I talk about how I’ve been able to transform the energy and the associations tied to this word for me, from pain to positivity, through meditations and self-reflection. I encourage you to also work on changing the energy of words or places that carry heavy emotions for you, because it’s crucial to create a brighter world for ourselves. I hope my words have been helpful and I invite you to leave a review on Apple Podcasts today if so. Thank you for listening!
