32. Tips for Navigating Christmas After Loss

Christmas can be a hard time of year when you have experienced a pregnancy loss. In this episode, I am giving you advice on navigating the Christmas season after experiencing your pregnancy loss. I encourage you to acknowledge your emotions, communicate your needs, and choose which traditions to maintain. I also emphasize the importance of self-care, seeking support, and remembering it’s okay to feel happiness.
